Ambassador of Belarus to Georgia attends meeting of parliamentary delegation with Chairman of Parliament of Georgia

On October 1, 2026, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Georgia Nikolai Rogaschuk took part in a meeting of the Belarusian parliamentary delegation with the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia Shalva Papuashvili.

During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on the development of interparliamentary cooperation, strengthening bilateral ties, and trade and economic cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and Georgia. Particular attention was paid to the prospects for intensifying contacts between the parliaments of the two countries, interaction between relevant committees, and the development of interregional cooperation.

The parties emphasized the importance of maintaining regular dialogue and ensuring the practical content of interparliamentary contacts aimed at further developing Belarusian-Georgian cooperation.
