Ambassador of Belarus to Georgia attends meeting of Parliamentary Friendship Group

On October 1, 2026, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Georgia Nikolai Rogaschuk took part in a meeting of the friendship group of the parliaments of Belarus and Georgia.

The Belarusian parliamentary delegation was led by Valery Malashko, head of the Belarusian-Georgian parliamentary friendship group and chairman of the Standing Committee of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on Healthcare, Physical Culture, Family, and Youth Policy.

During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on issues of developing interparliamentary cooperation, expanding contacts between the legislative bodies of the two countries, and sharing experience in parliamentary work.

The parties discussed promising areas for further Belarusian-Georgian cooperation and emphasized the importance of maintaining regular parliamentary contacts.
