Ambassador of Belarus to Georgia met with the Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Georgia Nikolai Rogashchuk, met with Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara Zurab Pataradze.

During the meeting, current issues regarding the development of Belarusian-Georgian interregional cooperation were discussed, with particular attention paid to further strengthening the partnership between the Mogilev Region and the Autonomous Republic of Adjara.

The prospects for expanding mutual trade, implementing joint economic initiatives, and establishing direct contacts between the business communities of the two regions were considered. Particular interest was expressed in developing cooperation in the fields of education, culture, sports, and tourism.

Following the meeting, the parties reaffirmed their readiness to contribute to the interregional dialogue through concrete projects and practical measures.
