Ambassador of Belarus to Georgia attended the opening ceremony of a store of the “Belmart”

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Georgia, Nikolai Rogashchuk, attended the opening ceremony of the tenth store of the “Belmart” chain of Belarusian food products.

The event was also attended by representatives of the management of Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1 OJSC and Gallery of Flavors LLC.
The new store opened in Tbilisi, where Belarusian products are already well known and enjoy well-deserved trust among consumers. Another store in the chain is successfully operating in Batumi.

The opening of the new store was not only an important event for Belmart but also further confirmation of Georgian consumers’ sustained interest in Belarusian food products.

As Nikolai Rogashchuk noted: “In 2025, supplies of Belarusian food products to Georgia increased by 40%. This positive trend has continued this year: in January–May 2026, exports of Belarusian food products to Georgia rose by 53%.
These figures indicate that Belarusian products are in demand, competitive, and have good prospects for further expansion in the Georgian market. Buyers value them for their natural ingredients, consistent quality, and distinctive taste.”
